Connection: Euphronios Herakles wrestling Antaios and Sarcophagus of the Spouses

Both works have two main figures in them with a level of detailed anatomy. The figures on Euphronios Herakles wrestling Antaios were drawn with an early version of anatomy and details of muscles. In the Sarcophagus of the Spouses, the two figures were sculpted with the details of the hair and face. The body of the woman and the man are posed with a subtle expression that can be easily picked up by the viewer.
